Watch: New International Trailer for Hardy vs Pine’s ‘This Means War’
0“Wanna know the truth?… We are secret agents.” Fox Singapore has debuted an international trailer via YouTube for McG’s new spy action-romance-comedy This Means War , and as much as I don’t want to feature it, I just have to. I mean, it has Chris Pine and Tom Hardy going at each other, but it just looks so bland.

Jonny Greenwood is Returning to Score P.T. Anderson’s ‘The Master’
0Hooray, even more good news music fans! On top of the outstanding score for Girl with the Dragon Tattoo , which reminded me of Johnny Greenwood’s work in There Will Be Blood , there’s now word that Greenwood is reuniting with Paul Thomas Anderson to score his next film, The Master . The news can be traced back to Cigarettes & Red Vines (official PTA site) via The Film Stage all the way to a tweet by British record label founder Oliver Weindling, saying simply: “Zed-U recorded part of soundtrack for Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead last week

Three Epic Mars / Tharks Banners for Andrew Stanton’s ‘John Carter’
0Okay, come on, this just looks awesome ! I know there’s been a mixed reaction to the latest trailer , but show me hard sci-fi with fully-rendered Tharks (the tall, green martian guys) on Mars—rather, Barsoom —with some epic landscapes, I’m in. I love this stuff, and I think Andrew Stanton’s John Carter looks exciting. Apple has put out three new banners (likely billboards, too) that I also dig.

Hailee Steinfeld Also in Talks to Join Sci-Fi ‘Ender’s Game’ Adaptation
0Well here we go, even more good news! Along with recent casting confirmation that young Hugo star Asa Butterfield would be playing the titular Ender in Ender’s Game , Variety is now reporting that Hailee Steinfeld is in negotiations to star as Petra Arkanian, the young female lead in the film and only girl in the Salamander Army, who quickly becomes Ender’s ally. Steinfeld is also age 14 , same as Asa, and we know she is talented as she earned an Oscar nomination for True Grit last year.
